Job summary

Qualifications

• Follow Kosher and USDA labeling guidelines and process instructions.
• Able to troubleshoot, verify materials, and calculate weights accurately.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using product codes and batch numbers.
• Add materials according to work orders in a timely manner.
• Fill daily packing sheets and ensure correct labeling of finished product.
• Assist in pre-weighing materials and tank washing for daily production.
• Provide accurate counts and packing sheets for daily output.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules to ensure product quality.
