Job summary

Allegion Cincinnati is seeking a Brake/Laser Operator to run press-brake machinery, set up dies, and ensure precise bends per specifications. You will position dies, adjust ram stroke, and verify parts against templates while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong reading comprehension, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others. This is a full-time, on-site role with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings, specifications, templates and samples.
• Capable of following written or verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Experience with press-brake or related machinery and basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Press-brake and machine operation.
• Position, align, and secure forming dies and adjust ram stroke.
• Set stop gauges to conform with specifications.
• Load raw material and unload finished parts as required.
• Determine bend sequences for multiple operations in different angles.
• Set up punching, slotting, notching dies and gauging devices for punching on long work pieces.
