Job summary

Integer is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in New Jersey to operate and monitor production equipment, handling very fine wire and yarn with precision. The role involves setup, calibration and routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience is preferred. Strict safety and quality adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 2 years related work experience and/or 2–4 years’ experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.
• Ability to work with small precision parts; basic visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery used in the manufacture of products under moderate supervision.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
