Job summary

Parker in Mansfield, TX is seeking a production operator to operate NEB, OMA, TMW 24/36 braiders and monitor product quality. You will pull tooling, set up machines, inspect tooling, document measurements (OD/pitch), and maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines. Production experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to read specifications and work with team to meet production goals. On-site role with regular shift schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Interest in mechanical tasks and ability to read basic specs.
• Basic math and measurement reading.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate NEB, OMA, TMW 24/36 braiders and monitor quality.
• Pull tooling and materials according to specs.
• Inspect tooling and track materials in logs.
• Set up machines per specs and adjust equipment.
• Identify mandrel size and perform routine setup/adjustments.
• Mark defects and ensure proper tape color coding.
• Measure OD and pitch and record in process charts.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S.
• Report production issues to Direct Lead.
• Perform work of an equal or lower classification.
