Job summary

Parker Hannifin, a global leader in motion and control technologies, seeks a production operator to manage NEB/OMA/TMW braiders and ensure product quality. You will pull tooling, inspect equipment, and document material usage in log systems while maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality guidelines, and teamwork within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to read orders and operate precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Basic tools, good communication, math and reading/writing skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain safety and quality.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read work orders.
• Ability to operate measuring instruments and braiders.

Responsibilities

• Operate NEB, OMA and/or TMW braiders and monitor product quality.
• Pull tooling and materials per specifications.
• Inspect tooling and track materials in WW3 system and Braider Logs.
• Set up machines per specs and adjust components.
• Measure OD and pitch on Hose Process Chart (SPC).
• Run braided hose through wash tank and inspect.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S.
• Report production issues to Direct Lead.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.
