Qualifications

• Ability to calculate quantity of parts to prep and use at any time.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Operate a PC with Windows and related software; basic Jabil tools knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions with common sense.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondences.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal or written instructions, including visual aids.
• Verify incoming material for accuracy and store using FIFO inventory.
• Manually assemble an assembly or box-build system using tooling and torque drivers.
• Scan components from flow racks or Kanban locations.
• Maintain certification and proficiency in assembly operations and related tasks.
• Pull and scan components from flow racks or bin locations.
• Conduct physical inventory of parts in designated areas.
• Maintain 5S order and cleanliness; follow safety and security policies.
