Job summary

The DAVIS Companies in Salem, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Box Build Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. You will perform box build assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products, install subassemblies and route wiring according to drawings.

Ideal candidates read blueprints, have experience with hand tools, and maintain a focus on quality and documentation. This full-time role offers a daytime shift from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm with hourly pay between $23 and $25.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in box build, electro-mechanical assembly, or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Experience using common assembly tools such as screwdrivers and wire strippers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Perform box build assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products.
• Install and secure subassemblies, circuit boards, connectors, cables, and wire harnesses into chassis and enclosures.
• Route, terminate, and secure wiring according to drawings and specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly operations.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with specifications.
