Job summary

BROADWAY REVENUE CONSULTANTS LLC in Toledo, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant to maintain accurate financial records for multiple client companies, handle data entry, ensure tax compliance, and support payroll processing. The role requires GAAP knowledge, experience with Excel and QuickBooks, and strong analytical skills; Spanish is a bonus.

This is an on-site full-time position. You will contribute to trial balances, tax forms, and setup of new entities as needed,

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Spanish speaking team member is a bonus but not required

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Prepare trial balance
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Complete required tax forms
• Process payroll as needed
• Set up tax accounts as needed
