• Monitor operations, detect malfunctions, and report issues.
• Inspect equipment and identify causes of defects or errors.
• Provide direction to hand operators and perform maintenance.
• Identify improvements in work processes and assist with implementation.
• Provide trainee training and feedback to supervisors.
