Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years manufacturing small parts experience with bench assembly, machining, deburring, cleaning, grit blasting, and parts identification.
• Able to read, understand and interpret basic blueprint drawings and follow planning instructions.
• Familiar with GD&T specifications and basic inspections based on engineering drawings.
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manufacturing process equipment per work plans.
• Complete bench assembly, machining, deburring, cleaning, and parts identification tasks.
• Perform inspection/test activities to ensure parts meet standards and blueprints.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per planning specifications.
• Keep cellular work area clean and organized per standards.
• Collaborate with team to improve throughput and reduce scrap.
