Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Peener Operator at Maag Gala in Eagle Rock, VA to operate bead blasting equipment, load materials, and ensure quality finishes on metal parts. The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures in a loud factory environment.

Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, training others, and working as part of a team on a production line, with standard workweek plus potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience operating forklift is mandatory.
• Experience with bead blasting operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run bead blasting equipment for optimal performance.
• Load and unload materials from blasting cabinet/booth.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE (respirators, gloves, steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection).
• Maintain clean and organized work area and assist training others as needed.
