You'll collaborate with Production and Quality teams, perform routine maintenance, manage materials, and schedule deliveries.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production and Quality Control for accurate batching and documentation.
• Operate batching equipment, forklifts, loaders, trucks, and crane-ways.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance with Maintenance.
• Manage materials for batch plant operations.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with external vendors.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and policies.
• Batch concrete accurately based on job specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Perform basic calculations for mix designs and material quantities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the mixer area and inspect equipment regularly.
