Job summary

OnSite Concrete Solutions, LLC is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to manage daily batch production, mix materials to specification, and monitor process efficiency at our facility. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, safe operation of batching equipment, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to optimize throughput.

Physically, you may lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

Must have good communication skills
Must pay attention to detail and demonstrate independent reasoning and judgment.
Must have the ability to work in and contribute to production improvement, associate involvement and temporary teams as assigned.

Responsibilities

Monitor and Control Operations: Oversee the batching process, ensuring that materials are mixed according to specifications and production schedules.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on batching equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including batch quantities, material usage, and equipment performance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
