Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing, chemical processing, batching, mixing, or material handling preferred.
• Experience following batch sheets, formulas, or detailed work instructions preferred.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for inventory management, material transactions, and production reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment; follow safety and environmental procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Batch, weigh, measure, mix, and transfer raw materials per batch tickets and work instructions; ensure product quality.
• Accurate labeling and documentation practices.
• Communicate production status to the incoming shift to ensure production continuity.
• Report quality and scheduling issues to shift coworkers and direct supervisor.
• Exhibit teamwork and proactively assist coworkers.
