• Strong math skills including measurement units (g, kg, lb, l, gal, %).
• Ability to perform tasks accurately following specific instructions and safety/quality standards.
• Problem solving with clear communication and team focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established manufacturing process to make a batch.
• Calculate amounts of ingredients for batch requirements.
• Weigh raw materials as determined by formula requirements.
• Mix, blend, cook, pump, and complete all required batches per batch records and job orders.
