Innovative Skincare is seeking a Batchmaker to mix and prepare product batches according to approved formulas, SOPs, and GMP standards. The role ensures ingredients are added correctly, equipment is operated safely, and batches meet quality requirements before moving to production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of compounding, mixing, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow batch records.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety rules.
• Read batch records to prepare formulas.
• Add raw materials in proper sequence and amounts.
• Operate and clean compounding equipment.
• Record batch data and documentation.
• Coordinate with Pre-Weigh, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
• Follow FIFO for raw materials.
• Identify deviations and equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Travel for initial training in California for 2-4 weeks.
