Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blend sheets, SOPs, and technical instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow GMP rules and Food Safety guidelines.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients according to formulas.
• Operate batching and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adjust batches to meet Brix, pH, viscosity, and other specs.
• Monitor tank levels, temperatures, pressures, and blending times.
• Coordinate with QA to sample and verify batch adjustments.
• Train new Batch/Blending Operators as assigned.
