Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians at our McLean, VA center. Technicians will align wheels, inspect and service vehicles, and perform related maintenance to ensure safe, smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of tire experience, are legally eligible to work in the United States, and can handle the physical demands of the job. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a supportive shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Align wheels using state-of-the-art equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs as needed.
• Perform other automotive service tasks to ensure customer vehicles travel straight and true.
