Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Christiansburg, VA area centers. You will use modern equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe driving and reduce tire wear.

Responsibilities include performing state inspections, oil and filter changes, and other routine maintenance while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Operate alignment equipment to set caster, camber, toe and thrust angles for proper tire wear and vehicle alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes as required.
• Assist with state inspections and other automotive services as needed.
