Job summary

DRiV is seeking a skilled welder to lay out, fit, and weld components to assemble mufflers, pipes and catalytic converters in support of production schedules. You will read blueprints and route cards, set up equipment and perform arc, MIG, TIG welding, while ensuring quality standards and QS/TS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mig welding experience preferred and ability to read blueprints.
• Walker in-house certification completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Assembles mufflers, pipes and catalytic converters per blueprints and route cards.
• Welds parts using arc, MIG, TIG or gas welding equipment per specifications.
• Inspects parts to ensure they meet quality standards and follows QS/TS guidelines.
• Completes necessary paperwork and data entry related to production.
