Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Sales and supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• ASE training and certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and lube work.
• Sell additional services as needed.
• Provide customer satisfaction in accordance with dealer guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to service department profitability.
• Receive repair orders and coordinate with work areas.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer’s car and shop area.
• Follow dealership safety and disposal regulations.
