Rohrman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join our busy service department in Fort Wayne, IN. You will perform oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and routine maintenance while learning from experienced Master Technicians.

No prior experience is required; a basic mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license are essential. Expect a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with teamwork and growth opportunities within our dealership group.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required, basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and lubrication services.
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids and check tire pressure.
• Communicate recommended services to the Service Advisor.
• Document all work accurately on the repair order.
• Maintain tools, work area, and safety standards.
