Compensation is a flat-rate structure ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per year based on booked hours, with guarantees if minimum wage applies. This role emphasizes teamwork and safety in a busy collision repair shop.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technician program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repaint as needed.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
