You will perform expert-level paint and refinishing on a variety of vehicles, ensure precise color matching, and prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, priming, and minor bodywork. Collaborate with the shop to meet schedules while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• At least X years of experience as a Body Shop Painter in a dealership or shop setting.
• Proficient in paint application on diverse vehicle makes and models.
• I-CAR certification is a plus.
• Ability to deliver high-quality refinishes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level paint and refinishing work on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Ensure precise color matching and flawless finishes.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and performing minor bodywork.
• Collaborate with the body shop team to meet production schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
