Job summary

FR Conversions LLC in Westminster, MD is seeking a Paint and Auto Body Technician for a full-time, first shift role. You will prepare metal surfaces, apply lacquers, primers, enamels and epoxies, and operate spray guns on automotive and construction equipment.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive painting experience, is capable of lifting 50–100 pounds, and holds a valid driver’s license. You will follow safety rules and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean, organized work

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Prior automotive painting and finishing experience.
• Experience with blue print/schematic reading.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds in a loud environment.
• Respirator usage and FIT testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate body shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mask and protect areas not to be painted.
• Mix paints according to specifications and color.
• Paint surfaces using sprayer or brush.
• Inspect completed work for quality and coverage.
• Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in good repair.
• Follow safety and hazardous materials regulations.
• Assist with vehicle repair and prep as needed.
