Hondru Auto Group's Collision Center in Manheim, PA is seeking a dependable Body Technician and Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate delivers quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities include repairing vehicles per estimates, preparing surfaces, masking, painting, and ensuring safety and compliance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles per estimate and per manufacturer standards.
• Prepare vehicles for body repair work and complete body repairs.
• Check parts against the estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
• Mask and protect parts not to be painted or coated.
• Mix paint according to specifications.
• Select and mix coating liquid to produce the desired color.
• Paint surfaces using a sprayer or brush as appropriate.
• Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship and identify runs or sags.
• Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in proper state of repair.
• Keep work area clean and ensure safety equipment is worn as recommended.
• Comply with laws about paint, thinners, and hazardous materials; report deviations to management.
• Cooperate with others in repair and prepping vehicles.
