Job summary

Qnergy is seeking a Production Specialist in Utah to perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting for company products. You will follow technical docs and collaborate with production, engineering, management, and customer support teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and preference for experience in manufacturing. Candidate must read schematics and work from instructions with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or testing preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, fabricate, test, troubleshoot, and repair products per specifications.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, datasheets to complete work accurately.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely to meet production needs.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance and defects.
  • Document production activity, test results, and nonconforming conditions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and report issues requiring support.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and support builds.
  • Perform other duties to support business and production needs.
