Aerotek is hiring a General Production Worker for a contract-to-hire role in Middletown, CT. The position involves supporting multiple production lines, performing packing and mechanical assembly, and maintaining quality and safety on a fast-paced shop floor.

You will stand for long periods, use hand tools and measuring devices, and lift up to 50 lbs while contributing to on-time production targets and continuous workflow.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and general labor tasks.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring tools (e.g., tape measures).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and read instructions/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Move products through production stages to support continuous workflow.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and measuring tools.
• Operate or assist machine operation to support multiple lines.
