Midlake Products in Louisville, OH is seeking a Precision Assembly Technician to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy and organization while building metal cabinets and enclosures to specification.

You will read prints, install hardware, verify torque, inspect assemblies, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a collaborative environment. Training is provided for candidates with the right mindset.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is critical.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read prints or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and pride in neat, precise work.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred but not required.
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures to specification.
• Install hardware components including PEMs, nuts, bolts, and fasteners.
• Read and follow work instructions, prints, and assembly diagrams.
• Verify proper hardware type, placement, and torque requirements.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work closely with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistency.
