Job summary

DwyerOmega in New Jersey is seeking an Assembler I to perform bench or line assembly of components and sub-assemblies. You will use hand tools and semi-automation equipment, guided by leads, and ensure materials and setup are ready for production.

The role requires clear communication, ability to stand for long periods, and comfort handling small parts. A HS diploma is preferred; safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Good communication and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work over equipment for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs bench or line assembly using hand tools and semi-automation equipment.
• Assembles or attaches hardware to assemblies and tends to machines shaping parts.
• Maintains production levels and records production information.
• Provides support to lead personnel and ensures safety and housekeeping.
