Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking an Assembler Support associate in Lubbock, Texas. In this role you will support the manufacturing line by mounting, posting, and aligning parts, setting up equipment for testing, and maintaining production records to assemble units to precise specifications.

You will follow safety guidelines, read blueprints and verbal instructions from a supervisor, operate assembly equipment, complete paperwork for documentation, and coordinate packaging and shipping of finished units

Qualifications

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols in daily work.
• Read blueprints and verbal instructions from a supervisor.
• Mount, align parts, and operate assembly equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork documenting assembly work.
• Package units with manuals, warranties, and protective materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Ability to sit and stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work from blueprints and verbal instructions from Supervisor.
• Able to mount, align work into fixtures, and operate assembly equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork for documentation of assembly work.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Package units and parts with all necessary components including warranties and manuals.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. Sweeping and straightening of the workplace is required for a safe and productive atmosphere.
