Job summary

Summit Truck Bodies, LLC, a leading manufacturer of custom service and lube truck bodies, is expanding its assembly workforce. The General Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling the body and all truck components on schedule and safely.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Accurately measure components with a tape measure.
• Handle hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete production and quality forms for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying work orders, BOMs and blueprints.
• Position and secure components per print locations.
• Fit and secure components using hand and power tools.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Wear and maintain required PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
