Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to read routing sheets. Training is provided; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with starting pay $20/hour and range $20.00–$21.36/hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Experience with small, delicate components is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• English proficiency to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, delicate components with precision.
• Work with engineers on special builds.
• Select materials, tools, and instructions for each assembly.
• Document production information and maintain records.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear.
• Read routing sheets and process documentation.
