Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an hands-on Assembly Technician for the Milton Roy team in Ivyland, PA. You will turn drawings into dependable assemblies, work with blueprints, and contribute to safety and quality standards.

You will operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools, perform tube bending and soldering per requirements, inspect finished units, and participate in functional tests while maintaining efficient material flow. Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in mechanical assembly or a comparable high-velocity operations environment.
• Strong communication and analytical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies following work instructions, BOMs, and drawings.
• Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools; safely use cranes and hoists.
• Perform tube bending and soldering when required.
• Inspect finished units for quality and specification compliance.
• Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
• Maintain material flow by monitoring inventory and submitting requests.
• Practice safe work habits and wear PPE consistently.
