Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking an Assembly Technician in Irvine, CA. This on-site role involves building and testing high-precision components and finished products per detailed blueprints and engineering specs.

The ideal candidate has experience in aerospace or electronics manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, and a track record of zero-defect production; A&P or IPC-610 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and manuals.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and experience with manufacturing tools.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Commitment to zero-defect manufacturing and high-quality output.
• A&P or IPC-610 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex parts or systems following detailed drawings and specs.
• Conduct testing to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and follow industry quality control protocols.
• Record production data and test results for traceability.
