Southern Specialties in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assembly Technician for the 3rd shift at SSC North. You will assemble sheet metal products by following blueprints, using hand and power tools, and ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing assembly and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing long shifts. You will work with a collaborative team, maintain clean work areas, and assist with final inspections, packaging, and shipping as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or job packets.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following job packets, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, rivet guns) to build assemblies.
• Inspect own work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support teammates to meet daily goals.
• Assist with final inspections, packaging, and shipping when needed.
• Adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
