Job summary

PeopleFirst Staffing is seeking an Assembly Technician in Cincinnati, OH for a first shift (7am-3:30pm) with a pay range of $17-20/hr. The role includes assembling small machines for food products at concession stands, festivals, and venues, with a company-supported benefits package and a potential for annual merit-based raises and profit sharing.

Key duties include wiring, blueprint reading, precision filing, inspection, and measurement with micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Connect cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications
• Read and apply blueprints and wiring diagrams
• File, lap, and buff parts to fit using hand and power tools
• Inspect, test, and adjust units to meet specs and customer orders
• Measure parts for tolerances with micrometers, calipers, verniers
• Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
