Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
• Safely operate production equipment and hand/power tools.
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and basic math calculations.
• Read and follow work orders and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet production, quality, and attendance expectations.
