Job summary

TWG, based in Jenks, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts per BOM and drawings, operate hydraulic and manual presses, conduct tests, and maintain ERP transactions while upholding ISO procedures.

Travel may be required, and you may train others as needed. The role emphasizes attention to quality and safety, with potential for discretionary bonus based on performance and company metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts according to Bill of Materials and engineering drawings.
• Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly.
• Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Train other employees and assist in other departments as directed.
• Adhere to ISO procedures and contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement.
