Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Georgia. You will assemble and install after-market products following SOPs and written/verbal specs, using hand and powered tools, to produce quality components.

You will maintain clean, safe work areas, document production steps, and support ongoing shop organization while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Experience is not required but a strong mechanical aptitude helps.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required, but 1+ year of relative automotive experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Creates plan for assembly procedures, following specifications and using knowledge gained by experience.
• Assembles by hand, uses hand tools or portable powered tools, and/or operates equipment to produce or process products.
• Verify the correct quantities of components, check quality, manage parts inventory, and use tools to produce safe structures.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Participates in daily shop organization and clean-up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
