Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking an assemble-to-order professional to produce components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies. You will study instructions, gather parts, and verify connections for proper fit, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, steady work pace, and basic tool use in a manufacturing setting. Prior exposure to controls and instrumentation is a plus, with room for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: No experience required.
• 1+ years prior experience preferred working with controls and instrumentation, equipment maintenance preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
• Experience using mechanical inspection or power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by following instructions and parts lists.
• Prepare materials, parts and tools for assembly.
• Verify connections for correct fit and tighten sub-assemblies.
• Inspect completed components against specifications.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety rules.
