Job summary

QC-Industries-LLC in Batavia, NY, is seeking an Assembly Tech to perform basic to complex assembly work using hand and power tools. You will interpret blueprints, follow process instructions, and ensure high quality and productivity on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include installing components to specifications, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teammates. Overtime may be required; forklift knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in assembly or general labor in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools required.
• Proficiency with calipers, gauges, and micrometers for QA.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work overtime when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install components to specifications using hand and power tools.
• Interpret blueprints and process instructions to complete tasks.
• Follow visual and written work instructions within time limits.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Keep equipment clean and adhere to safety rules.
