Job summary

Donaldson in Stilwell, OK is seeking an Assembly Specialist to operate and assemble components following established processes on the 1st shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm).

You will assist in assembly and fabrication, perform quality checks, complete documentation, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following the 5S system.

This is a safety-sensitive role requiring ability to read instructions and tape measures, with preference for some production experience.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions and safety rules.
• Read a standard tape measure and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly and fabrication of Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with quality standards & procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Sere, sleeve, bag, & box.
• Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned by Lead and Supervisors.
• Achieve production rates and work at a speed commensurate to that of machine operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Acquire a working knowledge of Facet’s product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
