Job summary

Donaldson Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking an Assembly Specialist for the Cold Side Capper line on 1st shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm). This safety-sensitive role requires precision, adherence to procedures, and teamwork to produce a quality filtration product.

You will read work instructions, perform quality checks, document results, and maintain a clean, organized work area while following the 5S system. Prior production assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Three to six months in a production assembly environment, preferred.
• Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
