Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple MOIs, Work Instructions, and quality bulletins.
• Good communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Able to perform basic math and maintain production records.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly machines per instructions and maintain safety.
• Meet production rate targets while ensuring quality output.
• Record labor hours and ensure accurate production paperwork.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 6S practices.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
