The role requires handling tools and machinery to meet production standards and schedules. Candidates must have at least one year of production or machine operator experience and mechanical aptitude. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of production or machine operator experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of hand tools and basic power and measuring tools.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with production supervisors and operate various machinery to meet production needs.
• Determine parts to be manufactured based on orders and inventory.
• Observe and maintain machinery operation, identifying defects or malfunctions.
• Multi-task and cross-train in other departments and machines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
