Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to read a ruler and/or tape measure.
• Completed soldering techniques course and department skills training.
• Able to use hand, air and power tools.
• Able to work from blueprints, process sheets or other work instructions.
• Able to work independently and comply with all department and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Make sure they have the correct parts for the assemblies they build, as specified on the work instructions.
• Complete schedule assemblies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stop production, take corrective action or involve the appropriate people to correct any conditions found to contribute to poor quality.
• Perform testing of selective assemblies prior to next operation.
