Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to overtime and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on production and/or repack services.
• Perform assembly work.
• Use hand tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery.
• Follow manufacturing documentation and verbal/written instructions.
• Update production records and test results; maintain quality and cleanliness.
• Identify and communicate problems to supervision and maintain safe workspace.
