Responsibilities

• Assemble to standard using visual work aids, written instructions and verbal direction.
• Operate range of equipment: hand, pneumatic, and power tools; material handling devices; and computer-controlled machinery.
• Sustain material flow by staging, moving, and tracking components.
• Record production and quality data accurately and on time.
• Call out process, equipment, or quality issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Execute setups, in-process adjustments, and changeovers following procedures.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and team-oriented environment while meeting throughput and quality goals.
