Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Experience with IPC certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT processes and electronics troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced precision assembly, micro-soldering, SMT repair, and component replacement.
• Train operators on micro-soldering and inspection standards.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and coordinate workflow.
